1- The promoter is: Angels on Horseback whose registered office is at Cambray Road, SW12 0DX

2- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over in the following postcodes: SW2, SW4, SW8, SW9, SW11, SW12, SW16, SW17, SW18, SW19, SW20 except employees of Angels on Horseback and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.

3- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5- Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via in posts on our Instagram and Facebook pages.

6- Up to 5 entries will be accepted per person, one for following the competition rules, up to 3 for tagging your dinner guests and a final one for sharing the post in your stories and tagging @angelsonhorsebackbalham.

7- Closing time for entry will be at 23:59 on Wednesday 9th October 2024. After this time the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

8- The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

1. Like the competition post on our Instagram or Facebook pages
2. Follow us on Instagram or Facebook
3. In the comments, tag the three friends you’d like to invite to your dinner party (one entry per person tagged)
4. Get an extra entry if you share this post to your story and tag Angels on Horseback
5. For those not on Instagram or Social Media, you must respond "Be my private chef" to the email you have received from me

9. In order to enter the entrant must be following me on Instagram or Facebook and/or be on my mailing list at the time the event is closed.

10- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

11- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

12- The prize is as follows:

a 3-course meal for 4 people, chosen from my October seasonal menu to prepared, cooked and served in your home by no later than Sunday 3rd November 2024. One dish to be selected for the whole group for each course. Most dietary requirements can be catered for. No drinks are included in this prize and must be sourced by the host and their guests.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability and I reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

13- ONE winner will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by the Promoter.

14- The winner will be notified by tagged and DMed on Instagram/Facebook within 2 days of the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by Angels on Horseback. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

15. When contacted, the winner must provide Angels on Horseback with their full name, address, phone number and email address so that their identity can be verified.

16. The winning dinner party must be held by Sunday 3rd November 2024, with no exceptions.

17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

18. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

19. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as photos from event. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
